Contacting Support

The regular channel for support queries is by email where questions and issues are handled by Support.  Calls by telephone can be made to Support via the primary contact number during the indicated hours. Outside of these hours the OOH (out-of-hours) number is available to those on appropriate support levels.

    • Priority, service affecting issues only
    • Inappropriate use of the OOH support number will result in a penalty charge being applied to your account.
